The Crow's Prophecy: Animal ESP or Just Coincidence?

Crows possess an innate intelligence that rivals that of monkeys, and in some ways, they even surpass them. Compared to other animals, crows clearly have superior observational skills.

Every day, as people left for work early in the morning, Charlie would sit on the streetlight at the entrance, often arriving with remarkable punctuality. If the wind was too strong on a particular day, Charlie would not appear, and people’s early morning footsteps would slow, as they knew a snowstorm was imminent. Once, there was a systematic terrorist attack on the underwater communication lines, which completely paralyzed communication in the lake district. People noticed that Charlie did not show up the night before that attack. These incidents led people to start believing that crows can predict the future.

People have tried to explain the predictive abilities of crows through scientific means, but they have only been able to piece together partial facts without reaching a complete and accurate answer. Whether crows truly possess the ability to foresee the future remains a topic for debate. Zoologists have conducted experiments, such as releasing pigeons and observing their ability to find their way home, to demonstrate animals' extrasensory perception, prompting further consideration of whether crows genuinely have the ability to predict future events.
