Length

The length of the love line stretches from the edge of the palm to the area between the middle and index fingers (the area below the middle finger corresponds to the Saturn mound, while the area below the index finger corresponds to the Jupiter mound). A line that extends between the Saturn and Jupiter mounds is considered standard. As shown in the image, a line longer than AB is considered long, whereas a line shorter than AB is considered short.

A long love line, especially one reaching below the index finger, indicates a standard love line, suggesting the individual is willing to make a deep emotional commitment; the longer the line, the deeper the feelings.

Long with Drooping Branches
