Enhancing Your Facial Features: Tips and Techniques

A number of readers previously suggested that I explore the topic of "nurturing one's face," which appears to be of widespread interest. Therefore, today I will dedicate this article to that subject.
Facial features can serve as a means to interpret a person's character. While appearance is indeed a matter of inheritance, akin to one's destiny at birth, it is also a fluid process. A person's energy and fortune can "update in real-time," and improvements in facial features might signal an upward trend in one's fortune.
Given this, we can confidently conclude two things: 1. Nurturing one's face is possible; 2. It is a viable method for enhancing one's fortune. In this article, I'll share my insights and suggestions on nurturing one's face; these are largely practical and can be adapted based on individual circumstances.
Diet and Lifestyle
The first key aspect of nurturing one's face is an area that may initially seem mundane but is extremely important: daily diet and lifestyle. Yes, what I'm about to discuss might sound like health advice, but make no mistake—these elements are indeed connected to changes in facial features.
In facial analysis, beyond assessing the "hardware" of the face, such as the three segments and five main features, a person's "spirit" is also crucial. Elements like the expressiveness of the eyes, skin tone, mental state, and aura are not directly linked to physical appearance but can be significantly affected by dietary and lifestyle habits—
For example, individuals who frequently stay up late, eat poorly, or drink excessively may face liver health issues, leading to problems like hair loss, sagging skin, a dull complexion, and lifeless eyes... These are traits that degrade one's facial quality, as those familiar with facial analysis would know.
It's crucial to recognize that health impacts facial features. Taking care of your body and not taking youth or apparent well-being for granted is vital. A poor diet and lifestyle can indeed deteriorate your facial quality. Here are some key points specifically related to "nurturing one's face":
1. In facial analysis, "the eyes are key." Bright and lively eyes can greatly compensate for other facial shortcomings. Therefore, taking care of your eyes is crucial for everyone, not just children.
The cultivation of eye expression is tied to multiple factors (which will be elaborated on later), but in terms of diet and lifestyle, avoiding late nights, getting adequate sleep, and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and antioxidants will improve your eye health over time.
Highly recommended: Carrots, blueberries, and spinach are three "treasures" that can help brighten your eyes.
2. Good skin enhances facial quality, applicable to both men and women. For instance, acne on the nose might be linked to financial losses, and students with acne may experience negative impacts on academic performance, so it's essential to take this seriously.
At the very least, consumption of fried and high-sugar foods should be strictly limited. Those prone to acne or frequent skin challenges should consider seeking medical advice and adhere strictly to the given recommendations. This is not merely about aesthetics; improving skin health also enhances facial features. Additionally, skin problems often indicate underlying health issues.
3. Managing weight and body fat. Both excessive thinness and obesity can undermine overall physical and facial appeal; this is widely understood. Here, I want to emphasize the significance of body fat percentage:
Those with high body fat, particularly individuals who favor greasy, sugary, and spicy foods, may appear "cloudy" in spirit, aside from the physical harm. As mentioned in earlier articles, a "clear and light" appearance is cherished, so losing weight and body fat while consuming more unprocessed grains, fruits, and vegetables can help "clear the cloudiness."
To sum up, the long-term accumulation of these habits greatly influences a person. As the saying goes, "small changes lead to big differences." Changes in appearance often stem from the minutiae of daily life.
Regarding the many health methods and which groups they suit, I cannot cover them all here, and I'm not a doctor or nutritionist, so I won't elaborate (some readers might know more than I do, haha). The key is understanding the principles and adhering to them.
"Identifying and Addressing Deficiencies"
The second key point is the concept of "identifying deficiencies" and then "addressing them." If you observe any notable flaws in your facial features, adjustments can be made based on your specific circumstances.
For example, those with a low and narrow forehead or heavy hair at the hairline, especially if the three sections of the face are noticeably unbalanced, might benefit from slightly adjusting their hairline to increase forehead area before the age of 30. Such changes can enhance early-life fortune and improve rationality and optimism (though minor adjustments are recommended to maintain the original balance of the three sections).
Another common concern is eyebrow tattooing. There are varied opinions on eyebrow tattoos in facial analysis, both favorable and unfavorable. My position is: I do not advocate for it, particularly not when it compromises one's natural eyebrow shape for the sake of beauty. However, for individuals with sparse or no eyebrows, tattooing can be considered without significant psychological reluctance.
Why? Although eyebrow tattooing can influence one's fortune (for better or worse, depending on the individual), these effects are generally not as negative as having no eyebrows or sparse eyebrows.
On the other hand, altering naturally good eyebrows is something I do not recommend.
Additionally, noticeable blemishes on the face (such as moles on temples, cheekbones, or the nose) can influence fortune, so it's beneficial to remove them promptly for peace of mind. For small, inconspicuous ones that don't bother you, there's no need for removal; comfort with your appearance is key.
For prominent scars or unwanted lines on the face, using makeup to conceal them or considering removal is an option, but it's important to avoid becoming obsessive about perfection. Excessive pursuit of flawlessness can lead to anxiety and an inclination for unnecessary cosmetic procedures, which can be counterproductive.
Regarding cosmetic surgery, I emphasize: it is acceptable for obvious defects, but avoid blindly pursuing cosmetic procedures! Do not be easily swayed! You could fall into the trap of desire (seeking beauty or altering fate), and you might think you're improving your look while actually damaging your facial feng shui, leading to future regret.
PS: Post-surgery results can be complex; there might be improvements in some areas while causing detriment to others. This reflects the principle of "you get what you give." Expecting surgery to drastically change one's fortune is generally unrealistic.
Facial changes depend heavily on personal luck and timing, and they are often irreversible. If you are determined to proceed, consulting someone knowledgeable in metaphysics is advisable to ascertain if surgery is suitable, choose the right date, and avoid potential pitfalls.
Additionally, individuals with small and low-set ears are more prone to indecision, excessive worry, and low energy. This group should maintain regular physical exercise, as proper fitness routines enhance not only physical strength but also courage, vitality, and proactive behaviors.
"Cultivating the Heart and Improving the Face"
Ultimately, the most foundational and crucial aspect of nurturing one's face, in my view, is cultivating the heart. "The face is a reflection of the heart," and transformations in one's facial features must begin with changes in one's thoughts.
As discussed in earlier articles, asymmetrical features, such as notably uneven eyes or single/double eyelids, often denote inner conflicts, self-doubt, and a lack of inner peace. The more turbulent one's inner world is, the more pronounced the asymmetry becomes.
Individuals in such circumstances are best suited to start with the "heart." Practices like meditation, reciting scriptures, and yoga can help calm the inner self, stabilize emotions, and reduce turmoil, gradually leading to a more symmetrical appearance.
Of course, this is just a typical example. In reality, anyone experiencing anxiety, tension, or struggle with concentration—such as those with untidy eyebrows, low-set eyebrows, dull eyes, or purplish glabellas—would benefit from meditation and yoga, resulting in gradual improvements in appearance.
Furthermore, excessive desires can manifest negatively on one's face, leading to a "cloudy" appearance and a lower quality of life. This includes appetites related to food, sexual desires, and greed. For example, those reliant on rich, indulgent foods while avoiding lighter meals may exhibit a stronger appetite for food, while those overly focused on beauty or sexual activities may show heightened desires in those areas. To improve both health and facial features, addressing these tendencies is crucial.
Additionally, ears are associated with one's fortune, so nurturing the face should include caring for the ears, especially the earlobes. Those with poor ear features (such as irregularly shaped ears or small/no earlobes) should remember that "a kind heart leads to good deeds," as this is a key to nurturing the ears and accumulating blessings.
If conditions permit, reciting mantras or sacred names can also contribute to facial nurturing. This practice not only stabilizes the mind and purifies the aura but also relies on the blessings of deities (which veers into more metaphysical territory). Ultimately, it all begins with transforming the heart, leading to changes in the face.
