Which Facial Features Most Influence Perceived Wealth?

The earliest records of physiognomy suggest that a towering seven-foot stature pales in comparison to the value of a one-foot face, a one-foot face is less significant than a three-inch nose, the nose is outdone by the eyebrows, and the eyebrows are surpassed by the eyes. Ultimately, the eyes are still not as valuable as the ears. This illustrates the hierarchical nature of physiognomy, but why such a comparison exists remains puzzling. What do these features symbolize, and which exerts the greatest influence on life? These questions might perplex those intrigued by physiognomy yet find its nuances complex.
Research over the years has shown that facial features do not prominently indicate wealth. Instead, wealth relates more to social status, fundamentally reflected in bone structure. While this article won't delve deeply into bone structure, it will focus on the concept of poverty and wealth from a public perspective, using physiognomic texts to uncover the elements that most significantly impact wealth.
When discussing wealth, many self-proclaimed physiognomy experts point to the nose, asserting that it determines wealth. Indeed, various physiognomic texts refer to the nose as the "palace of wealth." If wealth were merely a matter of the nose’s size, wouldn't everyone simply opt for a larger nose? This approach is overly simplistic.
In previous discussions, I’ve analyzed how the facial details are sculpted by emotional traits, which are influenced by the energy of internal organs. Consequently, the five main features reflect this internal energy. This concept aligns with traditional Chinese medicine, except that the focus differs: Chinese medicine assesses physiological effects, while physiognomy appraises impacts on life and destiny.
Why is body shape considered less relevant than facial features? Because the head governs the body. It's not the physique or muscle that dictates fate, but rather thought and consciousness. While body shape can indicate general traits, the most direct and discernible clues are located in the head and face. The nose represents an individual's drive; those with larger noses tend to be more determined and ambitious. However, this doesn't necessarily translate to wealth. A well-shaped nose indicates true financial luck, as it signifies the effectiveness of one’s actions.
It's important to note that wealth does not automatically equate to being rich; wealth merely suggests a state of financial gain. Therefore, the nose only reflects how easily wealth can be attained and in what quantity. Some might think that easy wealth naturally leads to richness, but they often miss the fact that abundant wealth can also be fleeting. This is a fascinating aspect of the study, requiring comprehensive evaluation rather than a narrow focus.
The eyebrows symbolize a person's vitality. Those who are more focused have more vibrant energy, leading to efficiency at work, longer lifespans, and more success in their fields, which translate into better financial management and opportunities. The eyes play an even more significant role; they encompass overall thoughts and emotions. Eyes are the only facial feature on par with bones in terms of value, representing inner aspirations. Finally, the ears symbolize courage and wisdom.
I’ve observed individuals with strong eyebrows and eyes but poor ear features; they tend not to worry about money, which comes easily to them, yet they usually find themselves just above average. Conversely, those with ordinary facial features but excellent ears often become legendary creators of wealth. It's safe to say that for someone to rise from nothing, having well-defined ear features is crucial. To achieve substantial wealth, even affluent individuals need good ear characteristics.
From this, we can conclude that courage and wisdom are central to wealth. Additional skills, such as work ability, financial acumen, and lofty ambitions, can facilitate a successful environment. However, in the journey from poverty to affluence and the magnitude of that wealth, it is the ears, symbolizing kidney energy, courage, and wisdom, that hold the core position.
