Facial Features: How to Identify Backstabbers in the Workplace
As the saying goes, "The workplace is a battlefield." If you're not careful, even a colleague you see every day could stab you in the back. Here's how to spot an office backstabber at a glance!
1. Shifty eyes
This isn’t about a medical eye condition; it refers to someone whose gaze constantly darts around, as if they’re spying on others. Their mindset is usually not upright; even if they don’t intend to harm you, they tend to be self-serving.
2. Triangular eyes
When paired with a lot of white showing, this can indicate someone who is narrow-minded, ungenerous, and somewhat crafty. They often act in self-interest, even at others’ expense, and can be ruthless.
3. Bony nose with a pointed tip
People with this facial feature often harbor dark thoughts, have a treacherous streak, and lack integrity. They enjoy scheming against others and tend to be bitter, often skilled at manipulation.
4. Crooked nose or uneven philtrum
Such individuals often have ulterior motives, prefer shortcuts at work, and like to gossip behind others’ backs.
