Warning: This Home Environment May Increase Stroke Risk

Stroke is a neurological condition affecting the brain, not limited by age or gender. The causes of stroke are varied and complex, with one notable factor being Feng Shui. Under what conditions can Feng Shui contribute to a stroke? Being mindful of these Feng Shui issues can effectively help prevent such occurrences.

1. White Tiger Rising

In Feng Shui, it's important to maintain balance between the Azure Dragon on the left and the White Tiger on the right. If the right side of the house is notably higher when viewed from the main entrance, there is an increased risk that a household member may experience a stroke, particularly the female head of the family or the mother.

According to the principles of the Eight Trigrams, the Zhen (Thunder) trigram can negatively impact the Kun (Earth) trigram, which might lead to chronic illnesses in the mother or female head of the household. Another concern is that the Zhen trigram generates the Li (Fire) trigram. With Fire overpowering Metal, and since the Qian (Heaven) trigram symbolizes Metal and the head, this can increase the likelihood of head injuries and consequently, stroke.

2. Incorrect Kitchen Location

The Li trigram is situated in the south and correlates with the element of Fire, which is linked to the health of the eyes, blood, and head for the residents.

As the Li trigram is associated with Fire, and given that the kitchen is a place of intense fire, situating the kitchen in the southern Li position can increase the risk of residents suffering from strokes, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular diseases.

Additionally, positioning the kitchen in the Qian trigram area can also heighten stroke risk. The Qian trigram is located in the northwest and is associated with the element of Metal, representing the head, bones, large intestine, and blood pressure.

The unfavorable position of the Qian trigram directly relates to the head and blood pressure. The Qian palace is associated with Metal and the kitchen with Fire; locating the kitchen in the northwest results in intense fire overpowering Metal, which can adversely affect the head, blood pressure, and brain, making residents more prone to high blood pressure and strokes.

3. Disturbance Behind the House

The Xuanwu (Black Tortoise) symbolizes wisdom, and the area behind the house corresponds to the back of the head, linking to a person's intellect. Peace fosters wisdom; if the Xuanwu area is constantly disturbed by movements such as motors, machines, or pumps, it can impact one's wisdom and, over time, might lead to strokes.

The back of the house is associated with Qian (Heaven), representing the head, the elder father, and men. Excessive movement or noise behind the house can diminish wisdom and potentially lead to strokes and other head-related issues.
