2. The Inspiration Line
This refers to curved, star-shaped, or cross-shaped lines at the base of the index finger (the Jupiter Mount, position of the Xun hexagram). In palmistry, an Inspiration Line suggests strong intuition, abundant talent and knowledge, and a detachment from fame and fortune, along with a mysterious ability to glimpse the future. In addition, a “cross” that appears on the Fate Line between the Wisdom Line and the Heart Line is also known as the Inspiration Line or Intuition Line. A vertical or curved line extending from the base of the little finger (Mercury Mount) down through the Heart Line to the Moon Mount is called the Mysterious Line.
