Zhong Yi's Guide: Three Tips for Spotting Ineffective Leaders!
I believe many of you often come across frustrating leaders at work. Some are quite stingy, while others are particularly domineering. Understanding what type of person your leader is can be key to learning how to interact with them effectively. Today, I'll introduce three types of leaders:

The first type is the stingy leader.
This leader is tight-fisted and suspicious, placing great importance on material wealth. Their narrow nostrils reveal a shrewd nature, always calculating and keeping a tight grip on finances. These individuals are classic penny-pinchers; if they rise to a leadership position, they’re likely to exploit their employees. If you're capable of delivering 10, they'll demand 12. When dealing with such people, you need to be cautious, as salary is the primary driving force behind work.

The second type loves to boast and make grand promises.
This kind of boss is adept at deceiving others, so be careful not to fall for their tricks.
This leader has a prominent forehead, indicating strong thinking ability and insight. They tend to entertain fanciful ideas and often devise unrealistic plans. When in management roles, they constantly make promises but fail to deliver. With their pointed chin, they excel at talking but hesitate when it's time for action, showing a lack of responsibility. Such leaders often paint a rosy picture for their employees.

The third type is the autocratic leader.
Working under this leader can be very challenging, making it difficult for you to express your ambitions, so choose wisely.
This type has noticeably downturned corners of the mouth, and their thin, wide lips suggest a proud and arrogant personality. They tend to be reclusive and selfish, often criticizing others' shortcomings to satisfy their own sense of superiority. No matter the strengths of those around them, they remain oblivious. Working with such a leader can be tough, and your talents may go unrecognized.
