In physiognomy, this unsettling eye type is called “crab eyes.” Men with “crab eyes” can be intimidating, and women with them are no exception. If we talk about “husband-killing looks,” women with this eye shape would certainly fit the bill.

We rarely see women with pronounced “crab eyes,” but many show a milder version known as “slightly crab-like eyes.” What does “slightly crab-like” mean? The upper eyelids droop a bit, creating a subtle triangle, and the eyeballs tilt upward slightly, revealing a sliver of the whites below. People with this feature may have selfish tendencies, but they aren’t necessarily malicious. If they cultivate their hearts and minds early on, this eye shape can change—and their fortunes may improve as well.
