The Secret Techniques of Physiognomy: Years to Pay Special Attention To

Fate Analysis offers guidance. Those who truly know how to use it focus on identifying the times when their luck is at its lowest and problems are most likely to arise. Everyone goes through such periods, but people who only want flattering news to feed their ego miss important insights.

In physiognomy, there is a distinctive theory that, to this day, has no counterpart in other forms of fate analysis. It is mysterious yet strikingly accurate: mysterious because no known field can explain it, and striking because almost everyone who tests it finds it to be true. This theory reveals the years when one should be most cautious and keep a low profile.

This approach, known as the Nine-Year Cycle Method, maps specific facial features to the ages one through nine. The feature that is less favorable than the others sets the base age; from there, you add nine years repeatedly.

The left eyebrow corresponds to age one; the nose, age two; the mouth, age three; the left ear, age four; the left eye, age five; the forehead, age six; the right eyebrow, age seven; the right eye, age eight; and the right ear, age nine. (For women, the positions are reversed: the right eyebrow is age one, and the left ear is age nine.)

No one is perfect; even the most fortunate people have some weaker features. Identify the feature that appears weakest or most problematic—that indicates the base age. For example, if the nose is unfavorable, the base age is two. Add nine to reach 11, then 20, 29, and so on.

At those ages—2, 11, 20, 29, and 38—the person is more likely to face significant challenges in career or family, or encounter health issues or mishaps. Such events tend to recur every nine years. For instance, if the mouth is crooked or the lips are thin, the base age would be three, and the cycle follows accordingly.

In practice, the Nine-Year Cycle Method is rarely off. The severity may vary at different ages, but adversity shows up in some form—significant financial loss, health problems that may require surgery, and so on. The nine-year rhythm suggests that one’s yearly fortune cycles through the facial features; when it reaches the most deficient point, misfortune is more likely. These are the years to protect yourself and stay low-key.

This principle appears unique to physiognomy and has no parallel in other forms of fate analysis, further underscoring the role of facial features in reflecting one’s fortunes.
