Such a woman is called virtuous.

If a woman's hairline is even, her eyes are bright yet gentle, her cheekbones are not too high, her jawline is smooth, and she speaks with her lips mostly closed, showing little of her teeth, she displays the traits of a virtuous woman. A woman whose shoulders are not prominent and whose back is rounded and well developed also embodies the qualities of a virtuous woman.

When choosing a wife, signs associated with fertility are often preferred. A woman with well-defined, lively lower eyelids and fullness in her cheeks is considered likely to have many children.

III. Characteristics of a Woman without Children
