How to Choose the Most Reliable Kind of Man
Recently, I watched a video where an ex-husband was violent toward his wife. Naturally, one would sympathize with the woman; however, sympathy alone is not sufficient. Many people who need sympathy often contend with their own issues that contribute to their circumstances. Today's societal perceptions frequently lay such groundwork. For example, if the woman in the video had known her husband was violent, would she really have chosen to be with him? She is not foolish; it's certainly unlikely. It's more plausible that her husband initially displayed good behavior, and his true character emerged only after marriage. This type of scenario has been discussed in various media for over a decade.
In modern times, when selecting a partner, people often evaluate material wealth, appearance, and emotional connection. A young man who lacks all three can still date multiple girls concurrently, relying on flattery and charm. Such charm can be a dangerous temptation for women.
Here, I will share some insights on the characteristics of more reliable men based on their appearance. Do not be misled by superficial appearances, do not be swayed by the allure of wealth, and do not fall for exaggerated displays of emotion.
1. When observing a man, first consider his eyebrows. Ideal eyebrows are black, thick, straight, and orderly. A man's eyebrows can reflect his personality and abilities. Men with straight eyebrows generally possess a straightforward nature and are less prone to deceit, displaying good emotional control. Unruly or reversed hairs in the eyebrows indicate a volatile temperament, prone to losing rationality when emotions are high. Men with arched and sparse eyebrows may be heavy-hearted and have poor fortune, while those with crescent-shaped eyebrows may seem gentle and considerate but could be at risk of homosexuality.
2. Next, observe the eyes and overall demeanor. Generally, men with triangular or narrow eyes tend to be either malicious or overly lustful; these types are the easiest to deceive. Pay attention to their demeanor; a man's gaze does not need to be intense, but it should not be chaotic or askew. A calm and steady gaze indicates a decent man who is confident and not deceitful. Where a man's gaze tends to linger reveals his thoughts. Even if some men appear dull or uninteresting, they are often more reliable than those with erratic expressions.
3. Ears are not the most critical feature, but they should not be too thin or malformed. Thin ears can indicate a lack of fortune and resilience, while malformed ears suggest irresponsibility and other issues.
4. The area around the mouth should not be sunken and should not have moles or markings. A sunken area can indicate selfishness; moles suggest a tendency for the spouse to be sickly, and markings indicate a promiscuous lifestyle.
5. The mouth should not be crooked; individuals with crooked mouths rarely speak the truth. The corners of the mouth should not droop, as drooping corners often indicate a base character.
6. Finally, consider the nose. While the nose is important, a less prominent nose does not necessarily mean a poor life. The area from the bridge of the nose to the inner corners of the eyes is crucial. A deep indentation in this area suggests a solitary and proud nature, making communication difficult and leading to conflicts.
7. Lastly, examine the area below the lips. If the area below the lips and the jawline is too short, small, dark in color, or pointed, it could lead to significant problems later in life.
These seven features mainly focus on the eyebrows, eyes, and ears. Paying close attention to these areas can serve as a reference for choosing a partner and help avoid many so-called "bad men."
In traditional culture, the ideals of marrying for virtue and seeking a gentleman seem to be fading. Gentlemen are often overlooked, while scoundrels can attract multiple partners. Virtuous wives go unrecognized, while promiscuous women thrive.
Consider the woman who drove her husband to suicide; she deceived several men based on mere appearance. Many sympathize with the man who jumped, overlooking his own vanity. Similarly, people sympathize with abused women without acknowledging their own vanity and materialism. Has the essence of Chinese civilization been reduced to feudal constraints? It seems increasingly difficult to find its traces in modern China.
