4. Fine Line in the Philtrum

The groove beneath the nose is called the philtrum. Some medical theories suggest the nose contains cell types similar to those in male reproductive organs and note its cylindrical shape, while the tissues of the upper and lower lips resemble those of female reproductive organs. The junction of the nose and mouth—the philtrum—is therefore considered by some to be a point of observation when assessing a man’s fidelity.

When looking at a man’s philtrum, if you notice a long, reddish, web-like line, some believe it’s a strong sign that he may have another woman outside the relationship.
