Are Facial Features Indicators of Wealth or Poverty?

A person's wealth isn't defined by a glamorous exterior; at its core, it reflects inner abundance or scarcity. If you are easily content yet still ambitious, you are wealthy. Conversely, if you are greedy and lazy, you are poor. In today's world, the wealth gap is stark—the poor are very poor, and the rich are very rich. Even so, many compassionate people are empathetic and understand the value of giving back. Those who receive help should learn to be grateful and strive to stay positive (this excludes the elderly, the ill, people with disabilities, and vulnerable children).
God gave us two hands, two eyes, a heart, and a brain so we can take in the world with our hearts and think clearly with our minds. The phrase "twice the results with half the effort" usually describes people who are diligent and thoughtful—traits often seen among the wealthy. By contrast, the reverse tends to be true for the poor. So how can we tell from facial features whether someone is rich or poor?

1. Messy forehead lines and high-set eyebrows
People with a broad, full forehead and few lines tend to be open-minded, sociable, and appreciative of life. Such individuals are more likely to prosper, as they favor practical thinking and orderly living. In contrast, those with a narrow forehead and disordered lines—especially if paired with high-set eyebrows—are often weighed down by worries and lead a harder life. Low eyebrows suggest deeper thinking, while high eyebrows can indicate weaker critical thinking and a tendency to go through the motions, which often correlates with poverty.

2. Uneven cheekbones
The cheekbones sit in the midface below the eye sockets and form a diamond-like prominence on the cheeks. They include four processes: frontal, maxillary, temporal, and orbital. Individuals with uneven cheekbones may appear less charismatic and have weaker social connections. The wealthy rely not only on intelligence to make money but also on strong networks. Relationships are a bridge to success, and lacking them can hold you back. This reflects the look of someone who must rely on themselves and remains poor.

3. Uneven temples
Uneven temples refer to wrinkles, acne, or scars in the temple area. The temples are among the thinnest parts of the skull. If this area isn’t smooth or luminous, it suggests fewer favorable opportunities. When luck runs thin, life tends to be difficult. There’s a saying, "Suffering is a blessing," but too much suffering becomes misfortune—often called "the look of poverty."

4. A small nose tip and a crooked nose
The nose is considered the gateway to wealth; as the saying goes, "Without soil, there is no wealth." Therefore, in fate studies, people say "wealth sits in the nose." As another saying goes, "A soldier who does not aspire to be a general is not a good soldier." Friends with well-shaped noses tend to have a strong drive to earn and build assets, and they often do well in financial matters. By contrast, those with small noses may lack ambition, avoid confrontation, and settle into complacency. If they also have a crooked nose, their fortune tends not to be good, leading to a bumpy path.

5. Unequal upper and lower lips
The mouth is used for eating and speaking. When the upper and lower lips are out of proportion, it not only affects appearance but also suggests weaker luck. "Food is the heaven of the people"; without the blessing of good nourishment, a person is likely to remain poor. For a girl, this may present as a delicate, petite look—princess-like in appearance but lacking a princess’s fortune.
